Proposed install of 2 crane towers (1 in April 2018 and 1 in May 2018) on the southern side of the HLS. The cranes will remain in place till late 2019 during building construction. Each cranes will have a fixed red light to 3 parts of each tower crane( 1 x light on the end of the jib, 1 x light on the top of the A frame and 1 x light on the back section of the crane).
